About the event
Arrive at 10:45 for a 15-minute sound bath followed by 45 minutes of yoga. Yoga will begin with a cleansing breath practice and move through a thoughtful sequence of grounding poses, energizing standing flows, and stretch-work to feel centered, light, and ready for what's ahead.
All levels welcome. Class will be held outside pending good weather. Bring your own mat and any props you want to support your practice.
